Thought I'd do my own take on this nervous sounding, balls of steel having dorkus. 
Part of me always thought Mike was hallucinating him mostly cause (and my sight sucks so I could be wrong) there's no actual phone in the room, maybe it's on the wall I dunno. 

I also kinda like the idea of him being just a normal member of staff sometime before Freddy's was in the financial red, and somehow got roped into babysitting the broken puppets.
